TypoCH_modified list.csv

The file contains the vegetation types and the modified list of diagnostic species (based on Delarze et al. (2015). The numbers indicate the weight of a species in the particular vegetation type for the calculation of the TypoCH score:

1. accompanying species -> 1 point
2. dominant accompanying species (if >10% cover in the plot) -> 2 points
3. character species -> 4 points
4. dominant character species (if >10% cover in the plot) -> 8 points
