This resource is broken down into two sections: 01 simulations and 02 analyses In the 01 simulations section, the program which run the simulations for the paper is provided. It is prepared such that it can be easily run on a cluster. Please note that the results folder is empty, as they would have included 108,000 csv files. Instead, the summarised version is available in the next section. In the 02 analyses section, all code needed to recreate the analyses and figures from the paper are provided. Please refer to the separate README.txt files for each section for further information.
